YWIES upholds a non-discriminatory policy and accepts applications from any qualified student regardless of race, gender, class or economic status, ethnic or national background.
All entering students are subject to be interviewed together with parents to ascertain the academic, social and language standards. This will enable the school to understand and meet the needs of students.

How to apply

As an international boarding school and day school serving a diverse global market, YWIES accepts applications throughout the year. An Application Form can be downloaded from this page or alternatively a copy can be sent or faxed to you.

Once the application form is completed, you may choose to fax or e-mail it to us for follow-up. In the meantime, it would be appreciated if you could prepare the following to be sent to us as soon as possible:

1. A photocopy of the birth certificate or passport page with valid visa stamp of your child;
2. A copy of your ID card/ passport if your child is holding a Chinese national passport;
3. A copy of your child's school reports for the last two years;
4. Application fee of RMB 500, by cash (if submitted in person), check or bank transfer.  (Details of account for direct deposit are available upon request.)
