Yew Wah School of Shanghai Changning was founded in 2001, being approved by Changning Education Bureau of Shanghai. Since 2004, the school has been offering quality international education to Chinese students, through the OUPP (Overseas University Preparatory Programme) from the world-renowned Cambridge International Education Series. The school strives to facilitate students’ entry into the world’s top universities through the “A Level” --- the internationally recognized “university entrance examination”, which in turn will help them become key players in the future society.

As an accredited examination centre for the University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), Yew Wah is authorized to conduct the International Senior High (IGCSE) and University Preparatory (A Level) examinations. By providing a fully international programme with professional foreign teachers, international curriculum and advanced educational philosophies, Yew Wah has created an authentic international atmosphere and learning environment in Mainland China.

To meet the needs of Chinese students, Yew Wah also provides programme which aims at strengthening students’ English proficiency to build up the language and multicultural foundation for taking the OUPP programme.
